On May 27, 2015 Santorum announced his candidacy in the 2016 Presidential election. He ended his campaign on February 3rd, 2016 and endorsed Marco Rubio.

    As of now, Rick Santorum is back in the race, for the Presidential Run of 2016. The field is quite extensive, and I don’t research too closely until the it narrows, but I am somewhat familiar with Rick Santorum from the last race. Although my views on certain issues vary pretty widely, I do agree with Rick Santorum on several issues, especially national security and the IRS, so I’m interested to see how far he will go this time.
