I would like to submit what I think is a major problem which needs to be added to the Economy problem and CORRECTED! Lawyer’s Fee’s are a MAJOR PROBLEM on Our Economy and drain money from the person in the law suit. Real Estate Agent’s fee’ are typically 7% of the sale, why do Lawyer’s get away with a 40% of their FEE’S? There needs to be CAP on the Fee’s of Lawyer’s! I recommend 20%.
