   Do not force the taxpayers of OC and the US to pay for the greed and malfeasance of the the errant CEO’s on Wall Street. Bush’s plan will not mitigate the problem, it will only make it worse.
   Look carefully at sections 4 and 8.
   Of all the blatant cronyism that Bush has displayed over his presidency, this is the worst.
