That’s precisely what I am talking about, we need to make changes and reforms that the people are aware of. Schools are a great example of this.

Cardenas has been one of the few politicians whose reforms have been felt on the grass root level to many. I am quite thankful as he constructed many schools in CA. A decent human being and a good candidate overall.

Cárdenas’ state reforms brought 78,000 new classroom seats and 15 playgrounds throughout Los Angeles. He also secured more than $650 million for new school construction. He authored legislation that reformed California’s gang prevention and intervention programs and teamed up with fellow Democrat Adam Schiff to create the Schiff-Cárdenas Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act. He really hasn’t done much!

Represenattive Cardenas, please bring the tape of the two Riverside (CA) deputies calling in for help as they were being “hunted” with an Assault Rifle. Up to now, we didn’t have the sounds to go along with the rifles. Now we know the fear those rifles can bring into our First Responders (these two were stopped at a stop light). One is dead, the other seriously wounded. Assault weapons are not for hunting deer or ducks, as we can well hear, they are for killing, and the whole House needs to hear that, so please play the tape of our brave First Responders as they were attacked the other night .

Then let the defenders of the Assault weapons speak about their “rights” openly on the House floor with the sounds of those gunshots ringing, and the panic of those brave men calling for help.

This is not a Second Amendment Issue, not with these typse of guns! the gunfire speaks for itself.
