I have never seen a state treat people so poorly in all my life.I am a very sick man I have number of different health problems.And because the area I moved to is plegued with a prescription drug abuse problem! This has left me unable to recieve demerol,which happens to be the onley pain medication that my body will allow me to take and even that has to be an IV not oral I have heard every exuse in the book why I cant have this medication.From its a narcotic,it has bad side effects, it doesnt work.All of which is false exept that its a narcotic.I have the right to some kind of pain management and I feel that the honest to goodness good but sick people of Ky are suffering because of a bunch of so called illeagle drug runners or as Im begining to find out maybe there just in pain and cant get the meds they need legally. And thats where the problem starts If a Dr. cant distinguish a drug addict from some who is truly in pain and responsibly takes his or her meds.then we are all in serious trouble.Does anyone know how to help or someone who could get the ball rolling please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I think that the state of Ky. needs serious help.
