I will be so glad when Mary can be removed from office. She is an embarrasment to our great state and reeks of old politics from louisiana past. It seems Politicians across our great country have forgotten for the most part who they work for, why they hold their office, and most importantly they never realize or maybe deliberately ignore the responsibility that comes with their office. It is no wonder that across our great nation the citizens are losing faith in Politicians as a whole. They have forsaken their responibility to do right by their constituents, they ignore our wishes, and most only view the office they hold as either a good paycheck, or a stepping stool for the next office. How long before “we the people” have had enough and take our country back?
So so true J Stephens, couldnt agree with you more. Mary L is just a greedy self serving wretch….she’s no different from Nancy pelosi and the rest of those greedy politicians. They are only for themselves and forget its the people of their constituents they should be working for and who put them where they are. She and the rest of them should be held responsible. WE should have more people (Tea partiers) revolting against these underhanded deals & Washington!
Vitter and Landrieu are peas in a pod. Both have the same goal: How much money can get in my grubby little hands at the expense of the American people without getting caught? Let’s face it, their protege, Bill Jefferson was pretty good at stealing money up until the end.
