Please don't give that power to the Federal Gov. Cut Capitol gains tax, cut federal spending even to most foreign countries, cut spending, until our country can get back on its feet but DON'T give the Federal Government another agency to spend or to milk taxpayers money. Sure, we will all hurt and struggle, but we will come through. Otherwise I fear it will be the end of our great capitalistic society and freedom.
