Anh “Joseph” Cao was born in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam. His father, an officer with the South Vietnamese Army, was imprisoned by the Communists.

    It is apparent that our political leaders do not have a clue when it comes to the Healthcare Reform Act that is being proposed. This will affect all the Military both active duty and retired as TRICARE benefit reimbursement is directly correlated to Medicare reimbursement. It will directly reduce the benefits for the military. When the military find out that physician’s will not take TRICARE
    Patients then we will have a change in both the House and Senate.
